The Challenge was created by Meghan and Jessica both Nutrition Coaches at TOTAL PURSUIT ATHLETICS, the home of TPA CrossFit. TPA is starting the 30-Day Kickstart Challenge. This is how our challenge started. The winner donates $100.00 dollars to the winner’s favorite charity and cleans up the winner’s weights after the workout for two weeks. Today’s video about my journey to weigh 205 pounds. My goal was to have it done last year. I did not hit my goal. I tried reset to hit the goal that also did not work. So, I decide to seek help from Meghan, she is the Nutrition Coach at Total Pursuit Athletics (TPA). Goal for the first week is to increase the water intake. Meet with Meghan on Friday to review how the 1st week goes. Let the journey begin!!

When I drink coffee, on a daily basis, my weight will go up five to eight pounds. I'm working on getting down to 205 pounds, so I am cutting out coffee. Today’s video is documenting my Seven Days Drinking Celery Juice. I used my juicer to juice the organic celery and I also bought bottled organic celery juice. I notice during the seven days my hands where not so dried out. I also notice I felt lighter on my feet in the morning after drinking celery juice. I drank celery juice on empty stomach about 30 minutes before I ate my first meal. Have you tried drinking celery juice daily? What kind of results did you notice?
Today, I am proud to present the comical plumbing work we did today. We installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. But do not look here for professional advise. Only a few laughs. Enjoy!

Today's video is about taking some time to be by myself for "Zen Time." Went for a walk on a trail near my house. It is hard to believe 11 days ago I was walking on the beach with 85 degree, sunny weather and today it is 25 degrees. I enjoy the warmer temps myself. I enjoyed the walk today. It gave me time to reflect and realize how much I have to be grateful for! It was so easy for me today when walking to just relax and let my mind be clear and still. How do you clear your mind?
Today’s video we will review my Hair Analysis Results and update you on the Five Habit Challenge. Hair analysis results came in last week. I called Dr. Wallach about the results of the test. All nutritional elements where in the reference range. Dr. Wallach ask me which ones were the lowest, they are Zinc and Manganese. He recommends MSM Ultra® and ProJoint FX™. I did not get the chance to ask him about the other results on the hair analysis test
